Well, maybe not a King, but it is perfect for me!

Thanks to my new best friends from New York, I made my very own pizza.  It was actually better than the pizza I got on the Boardwalk at KAF!

    You can’t focus on the next great achievement in life or acquisitions you will make, instead count your blessings for the things you have NOW. You never know how long your dash will be. Focusing on the wonderful things you have today is living your dash.

    The leaves are beautiful………………but the best month up here is actually August….lake is still 80 degrees. Fishing, boating, swimming and relaxing is steps from our porch.

    We had an unannounced visitor last night….a huge black bear!

    I have been trying to find a cheese that I can send to our “adopted” soldier – what cheese did they send?

      For that first pizza I got a few slices of cheese from the DFAC. but subsequently my wife has sent me the cheddar cheese in the vacuum pack that is ok unrefrigerated before opening. You can also get the cheese in the wax covering. It gets a little ‘melty-sticky’ in the mail, but it tastes just fine!
